We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use our services. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all registration information you submit is accurate, current, and complete. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Our platform facilitates live and recorded group sessions. By participating in any session, you acknowledge that interaction with other participants is an integral part of the experience. You agree to engage respectfully and constructively with facilitators and fellow participants. Ulvinka reserves the right to remove any participant from a session or suspend any account for conduct that disrupts group integrity or violates these terms.

Sessions may be recorded for quality assurance or educational purposes. Where recording occurs, participants will be notified in advance. By remaining in a session after such notice, you consent to being recorded in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All content available on the platform, including but not limited to text, video, audio, graphics, instructional materials, session content, and program structures, is the exclusive property of Ulvinka or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, or used outside the platform without express written consent from Ulvinka.

6.2 Your Content

If you submit, upload, or post any content through the platform, you grant Ulvinka a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. You retain ownership of any content you submit and represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license.

Access to certain programs or sessions may require payment. All fees are stated at the time of purchase and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where explicitly stated in a specific program's terms. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, with changes taking effect upon notice. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of access.

8. Health and Physical Activity Disclaimer

Our programs involve physical exercise content related to injury prevention gymnastics. You acknowledge that participation in physical activities carries inherent risk. Before beginning any exercise program, you are solely responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare professional to determine whether the activities are appropriate for your individual health condition. Ulvinka does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Participation in any program is entirely at your own risk.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Ulvinka makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components. We do not warrant that the results obtained from use of the platform will be accurate, reliable, or meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ulvinka and its directors, employees, facilitators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to physical injury, loss of data, loss of revenue, or any other loss, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Ulvinka in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
